1. The litigation cases mentioned under sr. no. 14 to 32 pertain to the Demerged Business (Branded Business / REDTAPE Business) of Mirza International Limited. It may be noted that pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement of RTS Fashions Private Limited, Mirza International Limited and REDTAPE Limited, as approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Prayagraj vide its order dated February 21, 2023 (date of pronouncement), all the assets and liabilities including all the litigations pertaining to demerged business of the Demerged Company Mirza International Limited were transferred to and vested in Resulting Company - REDTAPE Limited w.e.f. January 1, 2023, being the appointed date. In terms of the above-mentioned Scheme of Arrangement, all the legal cases mentioned under sr. no. 14 to 32 are deemed to be continuing by or against REDTAPE Limited. REDTAPE Limited is accordingly taking care of these legal cases.
