This is to inform you that the Company is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") pursuant to Order No. C.P. (IB) 1224/MB/2020 pronounced on 29th January 2021 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Mumbai Bench, under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("IBC" or "the Code"). As per the said order, the management of the affairs of the Company, along with the powers of the Board of Directors, has been vested in Ms. Kanak Jani, having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01757/2019-2020/12685, who has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP") by the Honble NCLT and subsequently confirmed by the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") in its first meeting to appointing her as an Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.. In accordance with Section 14 of the IBC, a moratorium has been imposed from the date of the NCLT order (i.e., 29th January 2021) and shall remain in force until the completion of the CIRP or as per the provisions of sub-section (4) of Section 14. During the moratorium period, the following actions shall be strictly prohibited: a. Initiation or continuation of any suits or legal proceedings against the Corporate Debtor, including the execution of any judgment, decree, or order by any court, tribunal, arbitration panel, or other authority; b. Transfer, encumbrance, alienation, or disposal of any assets of the Corporate Debtor or any legal or beneficial interest therein; c. Any action to foreclose, recover, or enforce any security interest created by the Corporate Debtor concerning its property, including actions under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002; d. Recovery of any property by an owner or lessor that is currently in the possession or occupation of the Corporate Debtor. This is to inform you that the Company is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") pursuant to Order No. C.P. (IB) 1224/MB/2020 pronounced on 29th January 2021 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Mumbai Bench, under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. As per the said order, the management of the affairs of the Company, along with the powers of the Board of Directors, has been vested in Ms. Kanak Jani, having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01757/2019-2020/12685, who has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP") by the Honble NCLT and subsequently confirmed by the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") in its first meeting to appointing her as an Resolution Professional ("RP") of the Corporate Debtor.
