The Board of Directors of the Bank at its Meeting held on October 18, 2025 approved the appointed of Ms. Vijayalakshmi Iyer (DIN: 05242960) as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Bank for a term commencing from December 1, 2025 to May 31, 2030, subject to the approval of shareholders.The shareholders had, through Postal Ballot on February 25, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Iyer as an Independent Director for a term mentioned above. 4. The Board of Directors of the Bank had, at its meeting held on January 17, 2026, unanimously approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi (DIN: 00109206) as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a further period of two years with effect from October 4, 2026 to October 3, 2028, subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India, shareholders, and such other approvals as may be required. 5. The Board of Directors of the Bank had, at its meeting held on January 17, 2026, unanimously approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta (DIN: 07580795) as Executive Director of the Bank, for a further period of two years with effect from November 27, 2026 to November 26, 2028, subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India, shareholders, and such other approvals as may be required.

In the Board Meeting held on December 18, 205, Mr. Sood was re-designated as the Chairperson of the Board Governance, Remuneration and Nomination Committee with effect from January 12, 2026.
