Brief Details Of Cyber Security Incidence Or Breaches Or Loss Of Data Event
Infosys was notified by its vendor, ESOP Direct (Qapita)—engaged to host and manage the employee stock incentive program for eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries—of a cybersecurity incident that potentially involved a compromise of employee data. At the time of notification, the vendor indicated that records of 2,138 unique individuals (past and present employees) were exposed. Subsequently the vendor has notified the increase in number to 2,463. Infosys has taken its own actions and notified the relevant regulators in affected jurisdictions, insurers, and informed impacted individuals. There is no material impact on the Company.
