Board Composition - Till 23.11.2025, our Bank has complied with Board composition requirements. Upon appointment of Executive Director Shri Pramod Kumar Dwibedi on 24.11.2025, the number of Directors on Bank’s Board has increased to 10, out of which 3 Directors are independent. Hence from 24.11.2025, 1/3rd of the Board composition is not independent. As the Central Government was in the process of nominating other Directors of the Bank and the vacancies have not been filled in, the Bank was not in a position to comply with the referred regulations. Due to above reasons, one third of the Board was not independent from 24.11.2025.
